This is an opportunity to learn practices derived from Yogic traditions centuries aged. This Hatha Yoga program requires no special physical agility or previous experience of Yoga. We will focus on Pranayama (Breath control) and body placement in Asanas ( Yogic postures) and Suryah Kriya (Sun Salutation) Flow. They are not taught merely for physical fitness- strength and flexibility. This is a holistic process of naturally achieving a sort of mastery over the body and mind, bringing you to a state of health and bliss. Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating Yoga session. Stretching and strength will leave you feeling relaxed and empowered giving a sense of lightness and freedom.
